Attaching importance to the cultivation of talents is the trend of education reform of the world today, it's also the main theme of the new curriculum reform in the 21st century. Teachers play a vital role in a modern school education and they're the key force in the process of modernization train qualified personnel, and enhancing the national quality .In the modernization of classroom teaching, teachers should transform from the knowledge learning guidance to the director of creative teaching, as an important factor in the development of its direct impact on the students development, the quality of teachers influence creativity fostering. Teaching ability is the core of teaching special ability, it has a direct impact on the effectiveness of classroom teaching.Therefore, studying the quality of the teachers and find a way to improve the quality of teachers is necessary. Present study mainly discuss the factors influence teachers'creativity fostering behaviors of secondary school teachers from teaching efficacy and teaching motivation.Present study selected 260 secondary school teachers from several Qingdao City and township junior high schools and teachers make further education to get master's degree in Shandong Normal University. A total of 260 questionnaires were sent out, 223 were recovered and get 193 valid questionnaires. The recovery rate was 85.8%, the effective rate was 73.8%. The study reached the following conclusions:1. The teachers'creativity fostering behaviors of secondary school teachers are unbalanced. Perspective of creative teaching motives inspired score were significantly higher than those learning guide, encourage alternative, evaluation scores .With the growth secondary school teachers to make ever more and more creative teaching, 16~25 secondary school teachers group showed the highest level, then decline in the trend of urban and rural secondary school teachers than the suburbs of secondary school teachers to show more creative teaching behavior. 2. Their personal teaching efficacy of the creative teaching the teachers have a significant impact on behavior, the effectiveness of teaching the general sense of the creativity of teachers teaching behavior influential.3. Secondary school teachers in the teaching of creative teaching motivated by the impact on the motivation of teachers teaching creative teaching has a significant impact on behavior.
