Teachers are one of the most important factors in the school teaching, teachers’ teaching are the most important means to spread knowledge and activate the wisdom, which often require creativity. Creativity in education is crucial and integral for fostering creative citizens, bearing the burden of building our China up to a innovative country. So it is very important practical significance to research how the teachers innovate currently and how the teachers develop the students’creativity in the processing of education.Teacher’s creative teaching and their understanding to creativity is closely related. What I want to clear are as follows:1. How does the teachers’ views of creativity influence their instructional behavior;2.What function does the vocational achievement motivation bring in the conversion from the views of creativity to behavior?3. What’s the difference of the teaching behavior between creative teacher and the ordinary teacher?The research consists two parts. The first is to explore the relationship among the secondary teachers’view of creativity, vocational achievement motivation and the current standard of creative teaching behavior.According to the research, we find that:1. The secondary teachers’view of creativity, vocational achievement motivation and the creative teaching behavior are at the medium level;2. The views of creativity and the behavior have a significant positive correlation. The richer teachers’view of creativity is, the more creative behavior in the teaching process;3. Through the views of creativity of teacher, we can predict the teaching behavior, and the creativity strategy of teacher has a considerable function of predicting their teaching behavior.4. The aggressiveness, goal directness in vocational achievement motivation has a positive prediction effect on the creative teaching behavior.5. In the views of creativity and their behavior, the vocational achievement motivation simply has some mediating effects.The second part researches the difference of the teaching of the creative teacher and that of the ordinary teacher by way of observing their teaching process. Here are the results:1. There is no significant difference in preparation before class and reflection after class between creative teacher and the ordinary teacher. But when in class, the creative teacher acts more obvious in4aspects which include consciousness of question, case accumulating, status of teachers and students and the teaching method.2. The research in the teaching method between creative teacher and ordinary teacher supports the relationship of the views of creativity and the creative teaching behavior, which is that the richer teachers’ view of creativity is, the more innovative behavior in the teaching process; What’s more, the creative teacher has a sharp consciousness of question, and is good at setting a question as a clue throughout the whole class.
