The primary school is an important period for the cultivation of human creative thinking.This study chooses to use the creativity of the primary school as the starting point for the problem.At present,the creative teaching behavior of some elementary school teachers has been greatly improved compared with the past,and the necessity of innovative education has basically reached consensus at the teacher level and the school level.However,there is still a lot of room for improvement in the cultivation of creativity in some small schools,mainly because some teachers fail to meet the requirements of innovative education,that is,"study according to the original text;Want status and so on.Therefore,the research direction is to determine whether the creative teaching behavior of elementary school teachers is affected by two factors: teaching efficacy and teaching motivation,and the mechanism between the three.Based on Bandura's theory of self-efficacy and Steinberg's implicit theory of creativity,this study uses Kunming City,Yunnan Province and Shishou,Hubei Province through three scales of creative teaching behavior,teaching motivation,and teaching efficacy.Some elementary school teachers in the city conducted a survey and obtained a total of 380 valid questionnaires.Using SPSS21.0 and AMOS23.0 to process the data and establish a structural equation model,the conclusions are as follows:First,the sense of teaching effectiveness of primary school teachers has a significant positive impact on teaching motivation.Primary school teachers who are confident and have a deeper understanding of the laws of education will have a stronger motivation for teaching.Second,the sense of teaching effectiveness of primary school teachers has a significant positive impact on creative teaching behavior.Elementary teachers with higher personal teaching effectiveness and general teaching effectiveness will be more willing to use a variety of creative teaching methods to guide students in the teaching process and develop student creativity.Third,the teaching motivation of primary school teachers has a significant positive impact on creative teaching behavior.When primary school teachers participate in teaching activities with a positive attitude and a full and enthusiastic attitude,and can continue to maintain this positive state steadily,their creative teaching behavior will be more prominent.Fourth,the sense of teaching effectiveness has a positive and significant impact on creative teaching behavior through the mediating role of teaching motivation.The sense of teaching effectiveness will affect the determination,perseverance,and effort of elementary school teachers in teaching.These characteristics will further affect creative teaching behavior.Based on this,this study believes that schools should use a variety of methods to deepen the understanding of primary school teachers' education laws.Schools and society should give more tolerance to primary school teachers,create a moderately relaxed atmosphere,and encourage them to adopt innovative teaching models.
