A Study On The Impacts Of Tourism Development On The Education Of Girls In Danba County

Ethnic tourism is an emerging form of tourism in recent years, ethnic minority areas and their unique natural and cultural landscape attracts countless people's attention. Tourism development in minority areas opened the door to the world and bring about economic development, social transforms, but also has effect on the local ethnic education, especially education for girls, such as improving education and teaching conditions, update teaching equipment, strengthen the building of the contingent of teachers, girls have more chance to learn and to improve their quality, moreover, tourism development also brought about changes of mind, making the community ,parents and girls themselves pey more attention to the development of education of girls. On the other hand, tourism development has also brought some negative effects, such as the education of girls divorced from the actual needs of the ocupations girls will do when they grow up, and a large number of girls go to schools outside the area, this makes the schools in the area have little students, resulting in a waste of educational resources, and other negative influnces. This study uses comparative, literature and interviews, and other research methods to explore the impact of development of tourism on the ethnic education of girls. The text is divided into four parts, the first part is a brief introduction of the present situation of tourism and ethnic education development in Danba County ; the second part focus on the impacts of tourist development on the education of girls; the third part is analysis of some problems;the fourth part is thinking and suggestions which proposed in view of the existing problems.
