The graduate education quality is an important symbol of a nation's higher education advanced grade and the develop level of science and culture, however, the quality of graduate education are closely related with its cultivating model. This dissertation made graduate cultivating model as the entry point, and the aim of the research is to resolve graduates' quality slippery which were caused by the scarce and uneven distribution of graduate education resources through changing the cultivating model. The core issue of research is to expound the promotion effects of the implementation of innovation project in master graduate cultivating model transformations, eventually establishing a master graduate cultivating model which can achieve the sharing of resources and enhance China's overall quality of the master graduates.The research follows the methodology of contact between history and reality and combination of theory and practice, using research methods of combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, dividing five chapters to study the cultivating model changes of China's master graduates.Chapter I is the introduction, firstly studies the dissertation's significance , causes, and the identify related research on graduate cultivating model and graduate education innovation project , the ideas and research methods, then the concept definitions of graduate cultivating model, graduate education innovation project. This part is the basic theoretical framework of the research.Chapter II described the evolution of graduate training modes and its inspiration, discussing from the evolution of graduate cultivating model from abroad and the formation and development of China's graduate cultivating models, finally reached the enlightenment of development and changes of graduate cultivating models.Chapter III studies the implementation of graduate education innovation project, including the implementation purpose, situation as well as the implementation results. Studies on the implementation situation are explained by items, introducing the innovation item which is closely related to the master graduate cultivating, focus on the promoting effects of changes of master graduate cultivating models, which was caused by implementation of innovation project.Chapter IV is the investigation and analysis of the status quo in China's master graduates' cultivating models, introducing the subject of investigation, purpose and methods, analyzing the survey results, conducting in-depth analysis of the problems in China's master graduates cultivating, finding the most prominent issue of China's graduate cultivating is the quality decline and imbalance of master graduates.Chapter V constructs a master graduate cultivating model adapted to China's national conditions, including guiding ideology, principles, detailed construction of the model, analysis of the feasibility and the model's reality guarantee.
