The reformation of the model of graduation education is an important component of the China's higher education. The cultivating model of full-time postgraduate from academic cultivating model to professional cultivating is the main direction of the graduate cultivating model reforming. The thesis focuses on the research of postgraduate cultivating models. The important point is to discuss the related problems during the reform and searches for the measures to the reformation of the graduate cultivating model. The whole thesis includes four parts as below:First part is introduction, generally giving the cause and meaning of the topic, presenting the condition of study, relevant reviews, basic thinking and research methods. This part forms the theoretical basis, as a framework of the whole dissertation. The first part, author does analysis of the history and development of postgraduate cultivating models. And shows this model is in the process of transformation from academic cultivating model to professional cultivating model. Part two discusses the main issues and difficulties in the process of reforming. The resemblance of two models and decline of education quality are the key problems. Part three to resolve the key problem in the present reforming of postgraduate cultivating model, the author discusses the value and principle of postgraduate cultivating model, which provide theoretical basis to structure to perfect the cultivating models. Then, in the light to the malpractices the models of postgraduate education, and on basis of the basic principle of postgraduate cultivating model reform, the author puts forward reform strategy about postgraduate cultivating model.
