Qualitative Research On The Growth Of Teachers' Teaching Wisdom From The Perspective Of Professional Development

Teachers are the driving force to promote the steady development of education.Education is placed in the strategic position of priority development,and the revitalization of education cannot do without teachers' teaching wisdom.The growth of teachers' teaching wisdom has a profound impact on the improvement of education quality and teachers' professional development.To understand the growth of teachers'teaching wisdom in different stages is the theme of this study.This research adopts the research methods in education science increasingly rise of qualitative research methods,selection of anhui xuan city X primary school teachers,teachers of P,Q L teachers as the research object,and three teachers in the new stage,skilled stage and the teaching wisdom of the expert stage,through the study in-depth qualitative interviews three teachers in the process of professional development,teaching wisdom growth situation and face difficulties and challenges.It is found that there are some problems in the teaching wisdom of novice teachers,such as "what I know is what students know",and teaching reflection in name only.There are many problems such as complicated teaching affairs and limited energy in the teaching wisdom of skilled teachers.In the expert stage,teachers have some problems such as limited space for the growth of teaching wisdom.Through the analysis of the collected data,it is found that the teaching wisdom growth of the three teachers is influenced by the national social environment,the school environment and the family environment,on the one hand,and the personal factors of the teachers on the other hand.On three teachers under different stages of teaching wisdom growth situation understanding,based on the analysis of the reasons put forward some strategies for teachers' teaching wisdom growth and advice:the country's social family support for teachers' teaching wisdom,normal universities and teaching focus on teachers'teaching wisdom,teachers personal to promote teachers' teaching wisdom,aims to further deepen the understanding of teaching,emphasis on teachers' teaching wisdom.
