Teacher listening in the classroom is an important part of classroom teaching and an effective teaching method.At the same time,it also contains teachers' educational and teaching wisdom.Therefore,paying attention to teachers' classroom listening wisdom and exploring the growth process of teachers with classroom listening wisdom can inspire front-line primary school teachers to reflect on their own classroom listening concepts and classroom listening behaviors,enhance teachers' educational wisdom,and lay the foundation for effective teaching.This research adopts the method of narrative research,and selects three teachers with classroom listening wisdom from Q Elementary School as the research objects.Relying on Whitehead's process philosophy theory,we go deep into their classroom teaching attitudes and collect materials of the development of classroom listening wisdom of teachers through interviews,observations,and physical collection,and describe the presentation form of the classroom listening wisdom of them,and dynamic descriptions of the development process of the classroom listening wisdom of them.According to the process of the three elementary school's classroom listening wisdom development,the analysis of the common characteristics of their classroom listening wisdom development can be summarized in the following five aspects: the student-centered concept cultivates classroom listening wisdom,school's democratic and inclusive atmosphere shapes the classroom listening wisdom,the awareness of professional self-development moisturizes the classroom listening wisdom,the summary study of practical research strengthens the classroom listening wisdom,and the development of good reflective habits strengthens the classroom listening wisdom.Based on the analysis of narratives,this research tries to put forward several enlightenments to the formation of classroom listening wisdom of primary school teachers: Educational authorities should establish an open and relational education concept,and cultivate and cultivate intelligent classroom listening teachers.Promote the development of teachers' post-service education and promote teachers' concepts towards lifelong learning;schools should create an objective physical listening environment and a democratic and inclusive listening atmosphere,provide objective support and psychological conditions for teachers to develop their classroom listening wisdom;Teachers can start from the following four aspects:establish a correct listening concept,to lay the foundation for the development of their classroom listening wisdom;cultivate the consciousness of conscious development,to be a solid backing for the development of their classroom listening wisdom;carry out listening practice research,to provide experience for the development of their own classroom listening wisdom;practice reflection on listening,generate the endogenous motivation for the development of classroom listening wisdom.
