The Research Of Higher Education Cost Prediction Based On Grey System Theor

The Education Cost is an important basis for the government department to definite the allocation and charge standard. Presently, the main basis of the college charge is the Higher Education Cost Compensation Theory. And according to this theory, both the government and the consumer (the instructed people) should share the burden of the education cost jointly. The tuition standard and allocation standard to the university must refer to the student's average cost。When applying the calculating and forecasting of the higher education cost, it is propitious to strengthen the education cost management and enhance the efficiency in the use of these funds. In this way, the colleges can not only formulate the cost expense and fixed target from their own reality, but also make operating decisions on the right track; Meanwhile, it will establish a financial budget for the academies and conduct a support for a medium - and long-term planning.On the basis of calculating the education cost of A university, this research paper takes the Grey System Theory as a method, establishes a Grey Dynamic Model toward the actual production data and finally obtains the forecast of A university education cost. This essay focuses on forecasting the education cost of normal university which is belong to the small samples of uncertainty and nonlinear and analyzing the forecasting methods. It has established a Grey Forecast Model on the basis of the Grey System Theory,produced the corresponding algorithm and obtained a good prediction at length. The actual results indicate: The traditional algorithm has its limitation for the uncertain question which has no experience and little data, such as the problem of education cost forecast of the normal university. Relatively speaking, the forecasting of Grey System Theory will be more feasible.
