Along with the honor of the Olympic Games plan formulation and implementation of and the "119 plan" put forward and carried out, the Chinese track and field sports toward more international, more efficient, more rapid and more healthy direction. Feng Shuyong pointed out that our country female athletes in 10000 m breaststroke projects over the years has been the traditional advantage project, and we continue to adhere to and develop track and field in the future "fist" project; Hsiu-hsiang wang, Zhang Liqing, duty summer, Liu Yuzhong et al. Study from the perspective of the Olympic Games and world championships, the Chinese track and field competition and the present situation and future development direction of development, and points out that China’s advantage in the women’s 10000 m sports development situation is good, in the future will continue to be a medal competition need to focus on the development of the project.Therefore, scientifically forecast the project results, for an objective analysis of the development trend, formulate the corresponding regulation policy, for the better scientific training and the sustainable development is of important theoretical value and practical significance. In view of this, combined with the women’s 10000 m of track and field project annual best of the characteristics of randomness and volatility, in this paper, using the advantages of gray GM(1.1) forecast model and markov prediction model between the advantages of complementarity, thus establish the gray markov prediction model of China’s women’s 10000 m annual best result analysis.
