There are 8 subordinate coal mine in PingXiang Coal-mining Group .They're An Yuan coal mine,BaiYuan coal mine , HuangChong coal mine , PingYi coal mine , GaoKeng coal mine , QingShan coal mine , JuYuan coal mine , YangQiao coal mine . From all the workers in these 8 coal mines we choose 450 members by random sampling. We researched the contents , forms and ways of the physical exercises the workers took ,by means of looking up their documents , visiting and talking with them , questionnaire survey , mathematical statistics , comparative analysis. The result show us two important things . The first one is the present conditions of the worker's sports : 77.3% of the workers knew the ((the outline of the plan to call all the people participate sports and fitness)} promulgated by the government. The fact reflects the effect of the organization and propagation work of the trade union .The population of male worker is much bigger than the female worker. The majority worker's age stage is from 31 to 35. All these reflect that the mining industry is special, special industry need special workers . When the mining workers are on work ,their strong body is the most important thing . So participation sports and fitness for the workers at the age 31 to 40 is necessary. The second thing is that we should reform the organization management system of the worker's sports .To do that, the most important thing we should do in our work is to develop the community sports , try our best to train some physical education mentor . At the same time ,more mony should be used to develop the worker's sports . And the enterprises and the communities shoule try to hold some matches and let the maket to operate the matches.
