To Strengthen The Management Of Hebei Provincial Sports Community Research

Sports mass organizations are one of the important forces that promote the development of modern sports.Performing the functions of sports mass organizations contribute to meeting the need of sports diversity, facilitating the blossom of market economy, spreading sports culture as well as fostering the construction of socialist spiritual civilization.However, impacted by the inert of traditional sports management forms, sports mass organizations, in spite of several reforms, are still covered by government power, failing to achieve the functions as non-governmental organizations.Some of them are rigid in management, which directly limits their sustainable development.Against this background, how to achieve the separation between government and organization and the disassociation between rowing and steering in sports managing system to promote the transformation from sports institutions associations of sports cause into sports mass organizations and how to make sports mass organizations serve the construction of harmonious society better have currently become of issues that call for an immediate solution. On the basis of the study about the current management situation of the provincial sports mass organizations in Hebei province, the research, aimed at the problems existed in the management of the provincial sports mass organizations, has discussed the solution and proposed some feasible suggestions to strengthen the management.Based on the research on the provincial sports mass organizations management in Hebei province, the context has come to a conclusion that the problems of the management mainly consist in defects in double management system, imperfection of interior governing institutions, insufficiency in financial management standard, stagnation in organization building, imperfection of organization supervision system, absence of performance evaluation system in organization as’well as imperfection of regional cooperation and coordination system and etc.Aimed at these problems existed in the management mode of provincial sports mass organizations in Hebei province, the breach should be revolutionalising the double management system, perfecting the interior governing institutions,boosting the materialization of sports mass organizations, intensifying the training of organization staff, completing the performance evaluation system of sports mass organizations and perfecting the regional cooperation and coordination system of the organizations, seeking a countermeasure to enhance the management of provincial sports mass organizations in Hebei province.
