The Research On Constructing China's Lifelongeducation System

To understand lifelong education all-round and exactly, and to improve the quality of construction in lifelong education in the right direction, The construction of lifelong education system has been becoming the important research topics during this period.This article is precisely launchies from the above background .firstly, it discussed that many countries and scholars differ in the thoughts of lifelong education, and they understand or do the construction of lifelong education differently, and the meaning of the lifelong educatcon`s thought development process. this paper summarizes and give a preliminary analysis of the sortifieation and construction process of the educationsystem. Its concept is defined clearly and the research on it mainly focused on the perspective of education suppliers or producers in order to deepen the understanding of lifelong education essence . It analyses the theory basis ,the basic principle and the frame in constructing China`s lifelong system.this paper analysizes the present situation and feature about china`s England`s and America`s Education System. The paper also reviews the change process of education system of our and those countries mentioned above, Our education reform and development has made an effective achievement. But there is a big difference in perfect lifelong education.Some developed countries attach importance to developping education is advisable.Then this paper analyses the basic Condition, and the problems in constructing China`s lifelongeducation system, and consideres that the problems of understanding idea,thought and the readjusting of interst is the most basic that hinder the progress of our lifelong education. Finally it proposes the measuures thaken to construct china`s lifelong education system.for example, strengthens the research on lifelong education and spread propaganda, deepens the education reform,pays attention to combining the whole advancing and projecting stress, strengthens the legislation work, establishs lifelong educatien administrative organ,etc.
