This research is theoretically based on "The On-the-job Training Teaching Material for Chinese Trainers" edited by Duan Shijie. It consults substantial literature materials, collects the sporting results of some representative domestic and foreign athletes and the related kinematics technical parameter to the result, and classifies and compiles the collected related kinematics technical parameter. Through the research techniques such as contrastive analysis, principal components analysis and factorial analysis, the paper draws the conclusion: Among the parameters, the approach speed, the horizontal velocity of leaping and the leap angle are the most remarkably affective to the long jump result. Compare to the overseas athletes, In the kinematics parameter which can reflect the reasonable degree of take-off effect, remarkable difference exists in the horizontal approach speed of Take-off and jumping angle (P<0.05) , and the difference in the vertical take-off velocity is extremely remarkable (P<0.01). In the kinematics parameter that can affect the effect of take-off, the difference between the final two steps of approach is very significant (P<0.01) , and the descend modes of the center of body weights of each stage in the final two steps, take-off time of athelets, the horizontal force that athelets received in the take-off moment as well as vertical force all have different degree of difference level (P<0.05) .As the most vital stage in the long jump, taking-off enables athletes to acquire the maximal soaring-up as well as to maintain the approach speed at the same time. It is a crucial stage, which reflects an athlete's combined capacity of integrating running with jumping. Its quality is directly decisive for the outcome of the long jump. In the stage, the adjustment of final approach steps and the descending way of the bodily center of gravity largely impact the final juggling, and they also influence the taking-off effect. According to our country's top athletes' actual situations reflected by the adjustment of final approach steps, the bodily center of gravity path's changing rule and the effect parameter which displays the taking-off rationalization, our athletes are comparatively inferior to overseas athletes in the rationality of these aspects. As a result, the juggling is affected. In view of this problem, this research introduces physics, dynamics and some other related principles, and using "the parallelogram" principle to make analysis. We can get the conclusion: The entire process of approach appears so short and abrupt that the athletes cannot reasonably integrate running with jumping; this is the main factor for relatively small leap angle and low vertical velocity; the relatively weak thigh strength causes the domestic contestants to fail in juggling powerfully when taking off, and finally affects the athletes' leap angle and vertical velocity. This article is based on our country's outstanding athletes' current sporting level and relating the kinematics technical parameter of some overseas top athletes. According to the results of main ingredient analysis, the factorial analysis and dynamics analysis, it constructs the multiple regression model of result forecast for Chinese and foreign outstanding athletes in men's long jump, and carries on the examination to the model's precision. Taking the examination conclusion as the basis and uniting quantity with quality, this article will use statistics to explain where the problems our country's top athletes have lie. The purpose of the research is to provide theoretical support for improving the outcome of our country's athletes' performance, promoting training to be more scientific, practical and effective.
