The Long-Jump Take-Off technology is the core technology of Long-Jump. The Long-Jump have more than 100 years history in modern times. Take-Off technology is always the center for experts. Although the beginning of Women’s Long-Jump is later than Men’s, in the process of pursuing scientific technology, Women’s Long-Jump have done that as well as Men’s Long-Jump. But undeniably, there will be encounter grades bottleneck because of Young Women Long-Jump athletes’plateau phenomenon ,The researchers rarely involved in how to accurate diagnosis and put forward the improvement plan. Based on this problem, this paper based on the first seven athletes who in Division I in the 11th Sports Meeting in Liaoning Province. By using the methods of documentation, questionnaire, camera analytic, mathematical statistics, contrast analysis, the technology of kinematics characteristic were analyzed for Young Women Long-Jump athletes’last two steps of run-up and Take-Off. The purpose is to enrich the reference for insufficient data of Young Women Long-Jump and provide a platform for grassroots coaches who have ambition to complete scientific training system of young athletes. After months of information collection and data analysis, there are some conclusions as follows:1、The athlete strength quality of Liaoning outstanding long jump young woman is worse than adult outstanding woman athlete, especially the active concession ability of work muscle group is insufficient, which cause technical loss at the moment of pedal, buffer, and pedal stretch, even cause technology illusion to coaches.2、In Liaoning Province, the technical sense of appropriate speed up the cadence, stride length decreases is not strong for Outstanding Young Women Long-Jump athlete when approach the last two steps, which influence of enthusiasm.3、In Liaoning Province, Outstanding Young Women Long Jumper’s knee angle to ground is smaller than the domestic average adult female jumper 12°or so. The ground after take-off angle of the knee of maximum buffer is smaller than the domestic adult female 10°or more. This will inevitably lead to kicking longer, increase the take-off speed during the loss rate, the speed of initial negative impact on jumping.4、The athlete strength quality of Liaoning outstanding long jump young woman is worse than adult outstanding woman athlete.5、Liaoning Province Outstanding Young Women Long Jump hurdle stage timing is not accurate enough, the majority of players kick too late and kicking is not positive. 6、Liaoning Province Outstanding Young Women Long Jumper jump with insufficient leg kicking, while the legs off the side of the larger hip angle. The reason is that the focus of kicking off the ground instantaneous horizontal velocity is too large, resulting in vertical velocity is small, the result is generally small angle Jumping athletes, endurance time is short, a direct negative impact on performance.7、Liaoning Province, Outstanding Young Women Long Jumper’s rationalization of the time is also poor, the majority of players kicking the buffer time is less than the perfect time. This is not conducive to the full buffer is not conducive to rapid kicking, but also to improve the speed at first jump harm than good.
