The employment rate of tennis graduates is low and declining each year, but the employment situation is a little bit better than other graduates.2. From the personnel comparison of PE and tennis, we can see that, although the tennis specialty is of the PE area there is still more difference and because of its special nature, it is necessary to re-define and reconstruct the special training objectives of tennis in the general framework of PE training objectives.3. China's sports institutions tennis talent consists of basic specifications and professional qualities, namely the employers, students and experts have different options in the questionnaire survey for different quality. Students are more concerned with technology and capacity than the basic mental qualities.4. The training objectives of tennis personnel training programs in Chinese colleges are not prominent. They have a time lag from the sports teaching goal in middle schools, and they have limitations. This phenomenon has affected the quality of school education and personnel need, which urgently needs amendment.5. We should gradually build the schooling mode accommodating socialist market economy and adjust the target of cultivating talents with talent market needs. It's necessary to take into account the features of various professionals within the special, using the dual training objective of professional and special and this will show special characteristics on the premise that common characters are focused on.7.
