Research On The Status And Innovation Of Instructor Ranks Of Operating Clubs For Body-Building In Wuhan City

Operating health club is a private enterprise whose operating item is physical activity and purpose is for operating profit and the club's operating benefit depends primarily on the guidance level of fitness instructors. In recent years, with the awareness of fitness consumer of urban residents in Wuhan continuously strengthened, consumer groups of all types of body-building raise the level of the growing demands for the environment of the operating health club, fitness facilities and fitness projects, in particular the level of the guidance of fitness instructors team. However, because of lack of institutionalized protection of our fitness instructors'team and the absence of an efficiently regulatory mechanism at this stage, there are lots of problems exist, such as the diversification of fitness instructor training institutions, the pluralism of sources of channels in qualified instructors grading certificates etc.Through questionnaire survey, expert interviews and other research methods, the paper investigates the status of operating health club of instructors team in Wuhan City and aims at deeply understand and find the main existing problems and proposes accordant reform measures through the application of sports management and human resources management theory.Therefore, the paper specifically investigates and analyses the team work roles and responsibilities, academic structure, and technology-related campaign hierarchy of operating health instructors'team in Wuhan and the main problems in experience of being trained and its liquidity. Through referring to and consulting the policies and regulations on fitness instructor published by State Physical Culture Administration, the paper proposes that sports services should quickly establish and improve the "fitness instructor certification system" accelerate the building of fitness instructor training bases and urge and encourage operating health club to improve the management work of the instructors'team.
