Staff sports have always been a hotspot of social attention and the main component of national sport development. However, as the main force of our modernization, the health condition of enterprise staff is anxious. By using ways of data-collecting,questionnaires and comparison, the paper analyses the present situations of staff sports behaviors in Zhengzhou and Guangzhou, puts forward the three major factors that affect staff sports behaviors and provides intervention strategies on this basis.Behavior science thinks that all activities of human can be regarded as some behavior. The study on sports behaviors is helpful to understand sport activities law of enterprise staff and investigate how to guide,regulation and motivation sports behaviors of enterprise staff, not only to promote healthy and widely develop sport activities, but also to implement the second stage of the nationwide fitness program and construct sports service system for the masses, which has certain theory and reality meanings.Be aimed at systematic view, influencing factors of the staff sports behaviors are the large system which has multi hierarchy and complex structure. The theory of social cognition holds that individual factors,behavior factors and environment factors are interaction, that is to say, individual factors,behavior factors and environment factors are effected and decided each other. So the paper mainly analyses three aspects factors.Finally, intervention strategies of staff sports behaviors is pointed out, based on individual level which contains cultivated strategy,motivation inspiration strategy and goal setting strategy; based on behavior level which contains action execution strategy,efficiency feedback strategy and strengthen strategy; based on environment level which contains induction strategy,incentive strategy and supportive strategy.
