Industrial social work originated in western countries,Taiwan and Hongkong also earlier introduced industrial social work,and the local enterprise development has played a certain role in promoting China's reform and opening up,from the southern coastal areas,have been carrying out the practice of industrial social work,and achieved good results.However,due to various reasons,most of our enterprises did not carry out such practice in some psychological pressure of state-owned enterprise problems,need a professional staff to solve these problems.According to the professional social worker in a state-owned enterprise practice for three months,the survey found in the practice of social work practice in the state-owned enterprises involved although there are some obstacles,but by taking a professional approach to the staff of the case,can be solved well.The psychological pressure of workers is a problem,so the involvement of industrial social workers is feasible.The involvement of employees' psychological pressure adjustment problem to the industrial social work as the main thread,firstly the present development situation of industrial social work were summarized,and the background of interventional techniques are introduced,followed by an analysis of the necessity and feasibility of industrial social work intervention psychological pressure adjustment problem of employees,and then conducted a related investigation of Z Group Co.Ltd.Foshan ring intercity railway engineering staff,and the classification of the cause of psychological pressure problem of employees,employees' psychological pressure is more prominent on the problem of the phenomenon of the couple separated by a case for service,and achieved good results.But because the industrial social work concept in the mainland of China is still unknown,so the specific in the implementation of the intervention selection case service,one is the separate practice investigation,on the other hand to facilitate communication and leadership progress.However,through this remarkable case of service,for the management of enterprise employees to provide a reference model,I believe that industrial social work in China's future will have a better development.
