The foundation of enterprise development and growth mainly depends on its strength and subsequent creativity.And the strength and creativity of an enterprise are mainly reflected by the motivation of employees to choose the enterprise.As an internal driving force,career choice motivation will run through employees' career choice and work,and it is also an important factor that plays a decisive role in the direction and motivation of career choice.However,in the survey and research,it is found that there are few studies on the motivation of employees who leave the enterprise to choose a second career.In this paper,the detailed questionnaire survey and interview method are used to study the motivation of employees who leave the company to choose a second career.This paper in order to leave second career motivation of employees as the research object,and through to the enterprise staff in reality in reality the actual motivation of profession present situation and the problems,the impact factors are analyzed,and the related research of related career motivation at home and abroad and the advanced experimental experience to reference and understand more about employees' motives for the enterprise,so that to recruit more excellent talents lay the foundation,to provide a better theory to help;And to the enterprise recruitment qualified staff management work in the actual operation level to provide the corresponding help.In this paper,the enterprise employees' motivation,and the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,and so on a variety of methods used in the employees of the enterprise to the process of choosing profession motive analysis,and set up for the enterprise to be more objective and comprehensive understanding of employees' motivation,more scientific and more practical for enterprises in employee recruitment evaluation provide clear analysis program.To sum up,this paper through the dimission of the enterprise employees secondary career motivation as a multi-dimensional whole,but also includes the implementation of the internal motivation and external motivation analysis and research.Therefore,I have a more clear understanding of the influencing factors of career choice motivation,including emotional needs,professional matching,safetyand stability,achievement and promotion,and autonomy.The extrinsic motivations include working environment,salary and welfare,future development,urban factors,and industry reputation;These factors in the dimission of enterprise employees in the process of choosing a career play a role in the impact of an overall understanding and analysis.Finally,based on the results of this study,the author puts forward some Suggestions and expectations on the motivation of the employees who leave the enterprise from the perspective of enterprise and social environment.
