The purpose: 1. through detecting the concentration of the male canoeists'serum cardiac troponin T(cTnT) during the period of the heavy load training, we identify whether the athletes'cardiac are injured or not. 2. through detecting the male canoeists'level of plasma atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP) during the period of the heavy load training, we analyze the meanings of the variation. 3. Identify the functional level of the male canoeists'heart, through observing∑T/R of ECG of the athletes. 4. research and discuss the application of the male canoeists'cTnT and∑T/R data in the heavy load training.The research methods: 16 male canoeist s of Wuhan institute of Psychical Education, the 16 athletes are divided into two groups (8 first class athletes in group A, 8 second and third class athletes in group B). we apply ECG to collect data and calculate∑T/R and use the way of radiommunoassay respectively to check the concentration of the serum cTnT and plasma ANP.The result: 1. after two weeks of training, the concentration of the serum cTnT in blood serum of group A is obviously developed(P<0.01);4 weeks later, the concentration of the serum cTnT is obviously weakened(P<0.01), and go back to where it used to be before the training. after 2 weeks of training, the group B's concentration of serum cTnT is obviously developed(P<0.01); After 4 weeks of training the group B's concentration of serum cTnT is obviously developed(P<0.01). 2. The concentration of the group A's plasma ANP is in the level. The concentration of the group B's plasma ANP is in down-trend. 3. During the heavy load training, the∑T/R of the group A is in a high level, the∑T/R of the group B is in the down-trend. 4. There is an obvious difference of the average stationary heart beating rate between the group A and the group B(P<0.01).Conclusion: 1. during period of the heavy load training, there exists the injury of the cardiac among the male canoeists, but the injury can be cured. We can use serum cTnT to detect the condition of the injury of the cardiac during the heavy load training. 2. the incretion function of the high level athletes'heart can develop good adaptability. And the level of the plasma ANP when athletes are stationary can be used as the criteria whether the training load is suitable or not in the stamina training. 3. The high level rowing athletes'heart beating rate is obviously slower than the low level male canoeists'. Which represents good the potential power of their heart. 4. the∑T/R data can objectively represent the functional level of the male canoeist s athletes Heart during the heavy load training period. 5. the detection of the data of the serum cTnT,the plasma ANP and the∑T/R can be taken into consideration in the comprehensive appraisal of the male canoeists'heart during the heavy load training, to give the criteria whether the training load is suitable or not.
