Objective: To investigate the effects of different exercise patterns on myocardium and immune system, and contribute to compare physiological and biochemical stress caused by different exercise patterns in order to be applied in training monitoring. At present, the relationship between exercise induced cardiac troponin release and systemic inflammatory response is different. The research will provide evidence for the possible mechanism of exercise cardiac troponin release. Methods: 12 top level amateur marathon enthusiasts, were randomly divided into two groups to completed HIIT and MCT,heart rate,RPE were recorded during exercise,in addition, venous blood was collected before, and immediately after exercise,1h,4h,24 h,48h after exercise,in order to analysis hs-cTnT and hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-?,NLR concentration,WBC count. The data statistical analysis was used the repeated measurement of variance analysis and Pearson correlation. Results: 1.The main effects of time on hs-cTnT,hs-CRP,IL-6,NLR,and WBC counts were significant after exercise, and the main effect of training was not significant. There is no significant statistical difference between the two exercise patterns of HIIT and MCT.Exercise did not cause changes in TNF-? levels.2.The concentration of serum hs-cTnT was increased significantly after exercise. The concentration of serum hs-cTnT reached peak level at 4 hours after exercise, decreased rapidly at 24 hours, and recovered slowly at 24-48 hours, but still not recovered to a resting level until 48 hours after exercise. However, there was no significant difference in hs-CRP and TNF-? levels after exercise compared with before exercise.IL-6 concentration and WBC count increased immediately after HIIT and MCT,and quickly returned to pre-exercise resting levels after exercise. The level of NLR began to increase significantly immediately after exercise, reached the peak level at 1 hour after exercise, and returned to a resting level at 24 hours after exercise.3.The release of exercise-induced hs-cTnT was only correlated with NLR levels and was significantly(r=0.452,p=0.035).The increase in hs-cTnT after HIIT was correlated with the average heart rate during exercise(r=0.629)and was significantly correlated(p=0.038),but not with age, training history, training volume,BMI,maximal oxygen uptake, and the average RPE during exercise and other factors. Conclusion: 1.The HIIT and MCT exercise patterns are not the influencing factors of exercise-induced cTnT release and post-exercise inflammatory response.2.Both acute prolonged high-intensity intermittent exercise and moderate intensity exercise can cause a significant rise in cardiac troponin levels and systemic inflammatory response.3.In this study, the level of neutrophil lymphocyte ratio can reflect the changes in cardiac troponin level to a certain degree, and the heart rate during acute high intensity intermittent exerciese can be used to predict and monitor the level of cardiac troponin in post exercise.
