Purpose:This research aim to investigate the change of water and electrolytes in human body which is regulated by exercise stress and heat stress that is in Hyperthermia and different humidity. This report tries to discover the humidity effect to internal environment in Hyperthermia. Method:The object is PE students in Beijing sports university, they does maximal oxygen intake test and exposure in 33℃and RH20%,40%,60%,80%, and make the rest group and exercise group in room temperature to be the control groups, we will test the body temperature, ions in blood, blood osmotic pressure and hormone in blood before and after every experiments.Adopting active membrane measures concentration of sodium, potassium; Adopting Freezing-Point Thermaodynamics measures osmolatily; Adopting immunoassay measures hormone. Result:(1)In different condition the oral temerature of group HS is no disparity to group S;and the oral temperature of group E is significantly upward relative to the group S(p <0.01). (2) There is downward tendency of ANP from group HE to group HS in condition RH60%-RH80%. (3) in the condition of RH60%-RH80% there is upward trend from group HE to group HS. (4) In each himidity condition the ANP level of group E are all upward to group S and along with the himidity condition the AXP level is descend. Conclusion:(1) Exposure to 33℃is no effect to core temperatue and internal enviroment. But it is reduce the heat-removal rate, relative to enviroment temperatue exercise is more important to the change of core temperatue and internal enviroment (2) Once reach the sweat secretion temperature the himidity which from 60% is apparently influenting the sweat evaporation rate. (3 In the condition of RH60%-RH80% because of the perspiration the ADH level which secretion from hypothalamus is reach the level that triggering the heart to secretion the ANP. (4) The rise of circulation volume is the most important factor to ANP in blood. But in pace with sweat secretion is rising, the circulation volume descent and ANP in blood is downwarding.
