Establish The Pattern On Cultivating The Integration Of Physical And Intellectual Education

Reform in Chinese football has made certain achievements since the professionalization of football games. Nevertheless, the development of Chinese football still falls far behind Japanese and Korean ones. Radically the problem is caused by the cultivation of teenage backup players. Therefore, what is situation of present backup cultivation in China? And what problems need to be resolved? Those are the questions raised by the author, who targets at the cultivation of teenage football backup players and tries to figure out its defects, in search for a better cultivation system for teenage players that suits the development of Chinese football.This paper targets at the cultivation system for teenage backups in Hubei province, analyzing and studying the problems existing in the present cultivation of teenage backups in teenage football schools, teenage amateur football clubs, traditional sports training schools, amateur sports training schools and professional football clubs. The author attempts to discuss the defects in the competing and training system of backup cultivation in Hubei province and proposes possible suggestion and measures, and also dare a new idea for establishing a better cultivation system for backup football players in Hubei Province.The present training mode on young backup football players of Hubei has its own disadvantages. The author then puts forward a practical training module containing both physical and intelligence education. Furthermore, the author believes that by the premise of enhancing the function of all relative departments, we should consummate the backup football players' training system in order to bring up more and better backup football talents.
