The Changes In Value Orientation In Incentive System Of University Faculty

Motivation for college faculty is an ever-lasting subject as its level will directly affect the efficiency of the faculty and furthermore the quality of the whole higher education.Therefore,the academia and the college superintendents have been paid close attention to the research of this subject.There have been large amount of accomplishment on this research,which offered necessary reference for the enforcement of the motivating instruction.The coming of information—economy society marks that people is entering into a new economy age,in which,the knowledge resource is power.The knowledge and academic innovation will be the most important topic of contemporary era.The information-economy will affect higher education greatly.The system of motivation for college faculty is the core of modern higher education system.How to acquire the location is the key.In the information-knowledge society,it is necessary for us to locate the incentive system of university faculty at the rull.The generation of incentive system is meaningful.In my option,the construction of incentive system of university faculty is on the foundation of value orientation, which has directly or indirectly association with society view,education view, function view and human view as so on.The value orientation means,in a special age,certain people acquire certain particular social value and spiral value in common practice.The social value and spiral value can steer the people in right direction.The views of society affect the educative and function,just as the value orientation in incentive system of university faculty.The educative view and function view was made by social view.
