China's current academic incentive mechanism is not ethical,the lack of analysis of teachers' needs,ignoring the individual differences and growth needs;form of solidification,lack of differences and flexibility;incentive program design heavy material factors,ignoring the spirit of attention;the measures of Rigid highlighting and lack of flexibility;academic evaluation system is not fully established.And the competition of resources and talent is becoming more and more fierce it',which is driven by competition in the market economy.Talent competition has become the subject of competition among universities.Only in the management of people-oriented,it pay attention to the needs and interests of teachers,respect for people,care for people,create a harmonious academic the atmosphere can better retain talent and condense the talented people.Because of this,the academic incentive mechanism of Chinese university teachers must accelerate the pace of ethnicization,examine the academic incentive mechanism with ethical perspective,and judge the rationality of the academic incentive mechanism,which can analyze the value orientation of the academic incentive mechanism and how the teacher's personal value orientation is effective Seamless docking,but also to explore the academic incentive in the implementation of ethical care to meet the legitimate needs of teachers and so on.Therefore,it is an urgent task to cultivate teachers and promote academic innovation in colleges and universities,and it is also the main problem of implementing the scientific development concept in colleges and universities at present.This paper analyzes the academic incentive mechanism of teachers from the perspective of ethics.First,it analyzes the value orientation of teachers' academic incentive mechanism in our country.On this basis and make a ethical analysis of the current interest-oriented academic incentive mechanism,the author analyzes the ethical approach of how to improve the academic incentive mechanism from four aspects: strengthening the ethic of the organization's responsibility ethics,cultivating the academic research duty,strengthening the ethical review of the academic research activities and ethical care of the teachers.
