As one of the basic systems of academic management in colleges and universities,the academic evaluation system of teachers plays an important role in improving the quality of academic achievements,guiding the academic behavior of university teachers and regulating academic atmosphere.In practice,although various subjects such as universities and teachers recognize that "quality is the lifeline of scholarship",quality guidance has not been truly implemented in the teacher evaluation system,and the paradox between rational cognition and actual behavior makes people think deeply.Based on this,this study takes the quality orientation as the foothold,and uses the literature method,text analysis method and case study method to study the academic evaluation system of university teachers.This paper is divided into five parts in the structure arrangement.The first part is the introduction,which mainly includes the origin of the topic,research significance,literature review,research methods,the definition of the concept and a brief overview of the academic evaluation system of the university teachers.The second part mainly examines the "quality crisis" of the university teachers' academic evaluation system,and finds that the evaluation leads to utilitarianization,the evaluation method is overquantized,the evaluation implementation process is not reasonable,and the evaluation supervision and disciplinary mechanism are imperfect.The orientation is difficult to implement.The third part focuses on the causes of the "quality paradox" of the university teachers' academic evaluation system.First of all,from the perspective of the outside world,the government-led bureaucratic management model,economic and social competitiveness and reality,and historical and cultural Traditional dysentery has a different degree of influence on the teacher's academic evaluation system;from the internal perspective of the university,one is because the school does not have a clear understanding of the purpose of evaluation,the second is because the school management blindly pursues efficiencyism,and the third is to the West.The catch-up thinking of colleges and universities;from a personal perspective,the impact of non-academic factors on the two subjects of the review activities.The fourth part puts forward a series of optimization suggestions for the quality-oriented academic evaluation system of university teachers.Firstly,improve the evaluation orientation and establish the academic standard concept.Second,improve the evaluation method and implement the quality guidance.Third,standardize the evaluation process and ensure Procedural justice;Finally,improve the supervision and disciplinary mechanism of evaluation and constrain academic bad behavior.The fifth part is the conclusion and outlook,and summarizes the full text.
