Presently, academic dishonesty such as plagiarism, fabrication or other academic fraud is becoming serious day by day, it has become a current urgent topic that our academics have to face. Thus, also initiate us to consider constructing our country academic integrity system. This article take the American academic integrity system as the main object of study, carries on the introduction and the analysis from the different angle to it, in order to obtain the trifle valuable enlightenment, to promote our country academic integrity system's construction.The full article is divided into five parts:The first part is an introduction to the dissertation. It explains the theoretical values and the practical significance of the study, analyzes the achievements and shortcomings of the earlier studies on this topic, introduces the ways of thinking and research methods of the study,and defines the chief concepts and terms used in the dissertation.The second part inspects that the US how to solve the major issues on academic integrity. First, the academic integrity is divided into three different types according to the main body object; Then, introduce that the US how to have the stress to solve these three questions respectively.The third part inspects the American academic integrity system's overall frame. Introducing the system construction aspect, the organization construction aspect, reporting and review procedures as well as activities on academic integrity one by one.The fourth part analyzes the American academic integrity system's characteristic.
