Asking question is the main communication method in the class. It is also an important way to improve students'study effect in the class and to help the teacher reach his/her instructional objectives. In China, the questioning process has been neglected for quite a long time. Students simple remember everything in the book and worship authorities. The tradition of questioning is lost little by little. Therefore, one of the goals to the course reformation is to change the current situation of students being forced to remember, accept and imitate mechanically the knowledge taught by the teacher. Thus, students should become the actual leading subject of questioning. In this way, their awareness of inquisitiveness, positive attitude of'searching for an unknown new world', creative thinking as well as the ability to'discover the truth'can be nourished. Meanwhile, students'personality can be polished to fit in with the development of society, economic and culture better, and their ability to compete as well as quality of life can also be enhanced.Questionnaire survey and interview are used to collect information from students and teachers of the high school that author is teaching. From the collected information, two decisive factors that affect the questioning process in the class are concluded. The two factors, can be respectively described as the internal cause and external cause. According to the theoretical basis of the principal part teaching view,dynamics theoretics,the theory of fabricatism, cognizing theory and studying management for new course,I put forth the principle of converting the questioning leading subject in the mathematical class in the high school.To launch the subject converting smoothly, concrete and practical methods cannot be neglected. According to the external cause, the change of teaching concept and action of the teacher is the key point. Obtaining the idea of students are the leading subject in the class, teacher should choose appopriate textbooks and optimize his/her teaching method. According to the internal cause, student's learning idea should also be changed, and their questioning ability need to be improved through methods like the optimized teaching method,team communication, the five minuts before class, and writing mathematical journals.In order to testify the stability and maneuverability of the converting strategy, author made an experiment according to all the teaching method mentioned above. In the experiment, comparisons are made on the questioning ability, the interest, attitude as well as confidence of learning mathematics, and the examination performance. The result is shown as follows.First, students'questioning ability and self-study ability are enhanced through the improvement and enrichment of teaching and learning method.Second, students'confidence and interest toward learning mathematical are increased.Third, students'the awareness and ability of cooperation and communication are developed.
