Study On The Present Construction Situation And Development Strategy Of High-level Track And Field Teams In General

Review the construction of high-level sports teams in Chinese universities in the pilot decades, the exploration about the work has made great development. As a famous province in sport, based on the request of the Ministry of Education and the State Sport General Administration, In-depth analyzing and researching on the construction Status of high-level track and field Team in universities in Shandong Province, and proposing the development strategy, which will mean a lot to promote universities sports team building and development and speed up the training of the comprehensive development of high-level sports talents. It also has a positive significance and important value to provide basement for the educational and administrative departments in charge of decision-making.This paper is writing according to literature, surveys, site visits, expert advice, Delphi, mathematical statistics, logic methods and so on, which intend to make analysis and research on construction of high-level track and field team of universities in Shandong Province and identify existing problems and propose the development countermeasures. The results showed that:(1) The target located in Shandong Province ordinary universities track and field team is lower;(2)The high-level track and field team in Shandong Province has experienced two periods of the rise and development.;(3)The organization of ordinary universities track and field team in Shandong Province is perfect, but the leaders' attention in universities putting on the construction of track and field team is not enough degree; (4)The structure of coaches age and title is reasonable, most coaches are undergraduates, and there are fewer full-time coaches, and most coaches have awareness of scientific research whose foreign languages and computer is very stronger; the number of training for the coaches in the four years is less, some issues about reasonableness of workload calculation of college coaches needs to be resolved; (5) Track and field sources were diversified, the whole level of the sports standards is not very high, and there is Uneven distribution of projects; (6) The athletes' academic record is unsatisfactory, the contradiction between learning and training is still the main factor to infect athletes' learning; (7) The number of training in a week and each training time are insufficient , athletes don't work very hard. some coaches' scientific level of training needs to be raised; (8) The major factors impact the technology level of track and field of universities in Shandong Province is that selection of athletes, Coaches' coaching level, Coaches' professionalism and levels of scientific training; (9) To construction of high-level track and field team, which established management regulation, but the strength is still not enough; (10) The training place and device is just meet the demand of train and game. The budget source is more single which mainly depended on the particularly appropriation.In connection with above-mentioned existent problems, putting forward the development countermeasure which include:(l)Explicit target fixed position, hold development direction;(2)Raise the value degree of universities' leadership, strengthen programming of development strategy; (3) Control the relation between trains and studying, attain 3 "unify", 2 "veil", notice a kind of train behavior"; (4)Promoting the reform of coach appoints, constructing a high character coach troop; (5)Raise the scientific level of training; (6) Stimulating the budget, extending outlet of budget.
