| With the development of volleyball, the focus of volleyball matches further concentrates on top of the net. In order to break the block and make use of the length and depth of the net better, the attack points are increasing continuously. The technique of back-fly single-feet-spiking has already displayed strong power, and its technical characteristics and attacking effects in the game cannot be replaced by double feet jump spiking. This paper studies the back-fly single-feet-spiking technique of some outstanding female volleyball players who are from Jiangsu team with the method of film and picture analyzing and so on. The purpose of this paper is to get technical parameters and specific quantitative indicators for coaches'training work and athletes'further improvement in their skills, and finally to achieve better results. It is also helpful to getting dates for the further research on this technique later.6 athletes from the female volleyball team of jiangsu were taken as the analyzing subjects. The performances of these 6 players were shot by SONY DCR-HC96E high-speed camera at speed of 50fps and analyzed with SIMI-motion—a kind of analyzing software. The results show that: 1) The running rhythms of Tangjian and Li kejia are unreasonable and need to be improved. 2) The take-off leg's buffer numerical magnitude of the object of study in the take-off segment is too small, so it is not good for generating force in the leg extension. The take-off leg's stretch numerical magnitude is also too small, and consequently it is not conducive to improving the take-off effect. In addition, buffer time correlates negatively with speed of body gravity horizontal direction in Takeoff moment, to a certain extent that the shorter the buffer time is, the farther the flying distance is.3) the elbow angle of the object of study, when the batting arm is in greatest back, swings too much to generate much power, and the spiking palm's utilization rate of maximum speed is low.4) The Takeoff occasion of 5 object is unreasonable. The ball is passed too high, so it is do no good to hide and accelerate the pace of attack.5) All of the 6 subjects use left foot to land first, and therefore it comes out that the center gravity is transferred to the left leg which makes the left leg under a relatively large ground reaction force, and increases the risk of injury in the left knee. |
