County high school is an important component of senior secondary education in China. As is known to all, the county high school to a certain extent, pursuits one-sided for the higher entrance chances to the university education. Because of the lagging educational concept, coupling with the county high school's limited financial and manpower constraints, the school lacks in facilities for PE, music and drawing teaching, cutting off the courses not directly related to education as well as the courses for PE, music and drawing, so that the students were squeezed out of extra-curricular activities. What is more, some schools for the sake of maximizing learning time even cancel the physical education for the students in grade three. If this situation persists, the county high schools squeeze on their "single-plank bridge" to pass the college entrance examination; County high school education in general does: peel the personality. Although the school is into hundreds of thousands of students, from school are only "one persons". Students are gradually devoured of personality so is the imaginative wings .With the implementation of quality education; many county ordinary high schools are re-thinking the path of development. "Person" is the highest level of education. The purpose of education is paramount: to make a solid and effective basis in the harmony development, full progress, the complete liberation, the activation of potential, and the development of creativity of person. Thus it enables every person to receive a good and sound education. Namely: the education is to respect the development of students' personality but at the same time without losing the excellent teaching accomplishments; it values both the reform and innovation ideas, and also enables all students to achieve their goals in life; it goes both in line with China's education policy, and also allows schools full of vigor and vitality. One county high school locating off the cost of Bohai, comes against great difficulty in teaching management and teaching practice for its admission of students ranging from a large gap. In order to better development, this school carries out a research on the cultivation of the talent students, digging up the students' potential ability. So that it can change from the plight of both the students and teacher's hard work to the opposite one. And in this way, the students are fully personalized.This study starts in 2001. The purpose of the study is to enable students to make the teaching truly become a stage for their self-display, deliberate the vast number of high school students from the heavy burden of study, as well as change what is called "hell" by the ordinary high school students into the spirit of paradise. This study from the actual conditions in the county, makes use of the advantage of the only one high school in the county, boldly tries a new hierarchical mode of instruction. The research from both the height of the scientific concept of development and on the basis of modern teaching, trains the students of all levels, erecting a platform of a real quality education to provide students with multi-angle to display their potentials. In the traditional sense, students with relatively low awareness of the discipline and marks in their compulsory courses are usually classified as alternative, as well as "poor students" to be excluded. The core of the study is to teach according to different levels in the county high schools, achieving "none poor students"; The research goes through two full grades, lasting six years. It aims at developing the personality of the students, providing a more self-wide talent show room for the students, as well as fully developed of all the high school students. So this highly innovative activity has been praised by the teachers, students, parents and the community. The practice of scientific training mechanisms and the related system have been established, having made more obvious results. Schools have provided adequate space for those "poor students" and created conditions for them to demonstrate their abilities. What's more, the schools should not only affirm the achievements of the gifted and talent students, but timely guide them to study the awareness. By this way the ever original "poor students" make attending professional university their goal during the high school, by studying hard in their compulsory courses and their achievements in both compulsory courses and professional courses obvious results. So the school has cultivated thousands of students to attend the relevant professional study. Talent students not only have a direct impact on the formation of the school's atmosphere, but also encourage the normal students' confidence and enthusiasm, which promoting the school's admissions rates in the entrance examination year after year. The results of this study lie not only in cultivating a large number of "poor students" to become socially useful persons, but also upgrading the school's overall taste. This study continues, looking forward to a deeper level.
