The world has come into a new info-age, with the development of science and technology changing quickly; with the speed of knowledge accumulation and renovation accelerating increasingly. The traditional knowledge education pattern discovers its inelasticity and limitation. The schooling mode should convert into the subjective education pattern, which is in the core of fostering students' thought ability and creativity. Theory of Developing Teaching that represents the education direction is catching our more attention. In the past ten years, Teaching Based Problem that is the mainstream of the Theory of Developing Teaching has become the hot spot. With the research findings of the Teaching Based Problem and the characters of the chemical course, we made an exploration in the classroom. During teaching and learning process, the teacher intrigues students' cognitive conflict by setting up problem situation and each student constructing actively his knowledge structure by himself. Each student is not a passive receiver but a positive thinker. This essay will illustrate this from three aspects Below are the results of the study.1. According to the result of self-designed questionnaire, students of Grade One at first didn't show great interest in Chemistry before the class exploration and they were mostly passive receivers, seldom raising any questions.2. After the 10-month exploration in class, it was found that these students had become apparently interested in Chemistry and they would actively voice their opinions and raise some questions.3. After the 10-month exploration in class, these students acquired an obvious advantage in Section Two in the examination, which always calls for great thinking ability.
