| Problem solving possesses objective and a series of cognitive operation process, according to the conditions of problems, the solver transforms them in mind to form internal characters of problem scene and to search intermediate links inherent in problem space, thus achieving the purpose of solving problems. The more the intermediate links included, the more complex the problem is. Base on the theories and practice of predecessors, the study analyzes the definition and the content of chemical problem structure and examines how the constituents of chemistry problems influence chemistry problem solving. The main purpose of the study is to explore whether chemistry problem structure has positive impact on solving chemistry problem, meanwhile trying to apply them to the teaching practice of chemistry education.Independent variables of the experiment are different levels of students (top students/medium students/the students who have difficulties in studying) and chemical problem structure. The dependent variable is the level of complexity of the test and the ability of the test to distinguish different testees.136 students in chemistry class in a model high school are chosen as samples for the test. The procedures of the experiment are as follows: Test is implemented and after the test 45 students are required to process self-questioning.The results of the experiment show that the chemistry problem structure such as core knowledge of chemistry subject, token clue in problem solving, the setting of chemistry context, thinking methods and the characteristic of solution may exert apositive impact on chemistry problem solving. The innovations of the dissertation are as follows: Firstly, this paper puts forward the definition and the content of chemical problem structure; secondly, demonstration analysis and case study are implemented on seven problems, and this paper also analyzes how the chemistry problem structure influences chemistry problem solving; besides, the paper further recognizes the teaching in chemistry problem solving. The writer also combines this paper with instructional basic theories and his teaching practice, thus proposes suggestions and strategies that are applicable in the teaching of chemistry problem solving. The useful strategies are such as problem schema and... |
