| The important principle about Redox Reaction is a main clue through the knowledge system of all the junior and senior chemistry, which has high theory and practice study value. However, the students who had learn the concepts have difficulties in comprehending the essence. In view that, prototype theory of cognitive psychology are used in this research to facilitate the comprehension of Redox Reaction.In this paper, investigation, test, interview and statistics are major research methods. This thesis consists of two parts as follows:Firstly, the representations of Redox Reaction are analyzed between students in freshmen through investigation. The possible concept prototypes are studied;Secondly, three prototype study materials which are designed according the results of part one are used in Redox Reaction in senior students. Then the effects areanalyzed in four levels------concrete, identity, classificatory and application------through test and interview.Through the research we find that there are two kinds of representations(language representation and image representation); the students have both language prototype and image prototype; students can gasp concept prototype through instruction method; language-image prototype material can facilitate students' comprehension; the ability of classificatory and application can be improved through prototype. |
