Along with the great progress of China education, the function and the status of China educational leadership training centers has been much prominently. An open teacher training system also needs the open educational leadership training system which requires the accreditation system of itself. The requirements have been done, and this study has importance both on cognition and practice.The object of this research is the accreditation of China educational leadership training centers. Establishing the accreditation of China educational leadership training centers, including the institutional validity, institution basic theories, and the accreditation process, makes the key issue of this research. Main methods used in this research are: Literature research, interview, questionnaire survey, and comparative study.The dissertation is constructed by six parts and the basic content and concludes are as follows:Firstly the author the background of this research, and defines the correlative concepts and the bound, review the interrelated researches and introduce the study methods and thoughts. The study shows: It is requisite to build the accreditation of China educational leadership training centers, and the requirements have been done.In CHAPTER One the necessity of building the accreditation system of China educational leadership training centers. Analyzing the actuality of China educational leadership training centers is in order to put forward the central theme of this study.CHAPTER Two is about the foundation of the accreditation of China educational leadership training centers. The study shows: public administration of the government is the essence of the educational leadership training. The main part is subsistent and intending educational leadership training centers and the object is the educational leadership of all levels. The essence of the accreditation of educational leadership training center is the insurance of public management and effectiveness and the social notarization .the main part of this accreditation is the accreditation institute under the guiding of the government. The object part is the training centers who will apply the accreditation. The subsistent system is the basis of accreditation. The accreditation is according to the principle of openness, fairness and justice.CHAPTER Three introduces the international experience of the U.K. and the U.S.A, but not the same emphases. On these basics, make the summarizing and the apocalypse. The study finds: China can learn form the U.K. and the U.S.A, to establish the national educational leadership standards and training standards, set the open training system, treasure the cooperation with the other dignified accreditation institutes, concern about the diversity of different areas, exert the important function of guild, and operate the training by programs.CHAPTER Four and Five concern about the specific issues of accreditation. Grounding on the interviews and questionnaire survey, lodge the standards construction and the accreditation process; design the centers' function and rights; at last, conceive the working process and appealing, checking and disposing argument. The research argues: Establish the national educational leadership standard is the basic of accreditation standards, and the regulations on the work of leadership education training are the basis of the standards. The standards are defined by the training quality forming process. The accreditation process should display the specialty of educational leadership training. Accreditation system plan includes the administration, executing, surveillance departments.
