In the field of education research, As long-term neglect of teachers' practical knowledge,all kinds of education reform and teacher education model has not achieved the desired results. So,education reform and teacher education model only truly promote the construction of teachers' practical knowledge will be satisfied with the results achieved. Although some of the theory researchers have already noticed teacher unique characteristic of cognition in education and teaching and regarded teacher practice knowledge as a starting point to seek teacher professional Autonomy, owing to people knowing little about teachers' practical knowledge, to some extent, the research of teachers' practical knowledge is Isolated and the research with teacher professional development and teacher education only lay on stating theory,and the important circumstance to forming teachers' practical knowledge------classroom teaching------has fewer study. The key to the study is qualitative research of teachers' practical knowledge, and specificly useing the narrative inquiry, the author explored the specific expression form and the meaning of teacher explaining about teachers' practical knowledge in classroom by various materials, at the same time,analyzed compositions,influencing factors of teachers' practical knowledge,and further discussed its Morphology and particular maintaining mechanism.Through the narrative inquiry on a Secondary Vocational School teacher, the research elucidate the content of teachers' practical knowledge and the influencing factors of its formation and development.Then,the author further analyze its morphology and particular maintaining mechanism of teachers' practical knowledge.This paper can be divided into six parts:The first chapter mainly discussed the cause of this study,the meaning,the methods and the process of the study.The second chapter reviewed the studies on teachers' practical knowledge and pointed out some problems in their studies.The third chapter told teacher WangWei's stories from the perspective of personal life story and teachers' professional career.We found that the critical events and people in teacher WangWei's life story had impact on shaping his personal practical knowledge.The forth chapter distilled three component parts of teacherThe forth chapter distilled three component parts of teacher WangWei'spractical knowledge: educationalnotion,self-knowledge,knowledge on instructional knowledge.The fifth chapter revealed some factors that influenced the formation of teacher WangWwei'spractical knowledge.The external factors contain the ignorance of the government, the distortion of the society on concept of talents and knowledge.The internal factors consist of the critical events and persons in his life story,personality.The sixth chapter pointed out the conclusion, rethinking and reflection. The conclusion contained morphology and particular maintaining mechanism of teacher WangWei's practical knowledge.
