The teacher's personal practical knowledge is a problem for a long period of time being neglected in teacher study realm. The teacher's personal practical knowledge is closely related with the experience of teacher's oneself. In the traditional teacher training, teacher are usually indoctrinated by the external education theories and knowledge, however, people often neglect the teacher's personal knowledge and experience. Actually, the knowledge of teacher's oneself is not only a kind of precious and material curriculum resources, but also is the "soil " and base of the teacher profession growth. Therefore, there is necessary to pay more attention to and research more deeply in the teacher's personal practical knowledge.According to related research of the teacher's knowledge, the teacher's personal practical knowledge is the teacher's personal education view which is formed from the teacher's personal experience. In line with the explanation of M. Connelly and J. Clandinin, "personal practical knowledge is a kind of special way of rebuilding the past, and a kind of to handle abrupt affairs within current scenario of for the sake of future direction." Teacher's personal practical knowledge is depended on the teacher's past experience, existing in the current teaching behavior, and forecast the possible prospective teacher's teaching. It is a dynamic continuously the developing process, which penetrating the past, current and future teacher's teaching life. In order to research teacher's personal practical knowledge, we must go deep into the teacher's teaching and life. It needs to find out a suitable research way to enter into the teacher's teaching and life.One of problem of education research is, "the more accurate the education research, the less connected with human empirical." Narrative research provide a new way for education research because of the closely relations between it and the personal experience. Furthermore, narrative research provides a suitable way for teacher's personal practical knowledge research because it is concerned with the teacher's personal experience. Accompanying with the rise of qualitative research in recent years, narrative inquiry be introduced. It is used to research the teacher's daily life and experience. And it is used to dig out the education significance by narrating the "story" which happened in teaching life. The teacher's personal practical knowledge hidden the teacher's teaching and" story". We can comprehend them by the explanation of the "story".The text selects a co-operative teacher named Kong sui as a case of my research, which is based on the theories research of the teacher's personal practical knowledge. I narrate Kong sui's teaching story by entering the research site using the on-site watching, visiting and taking photo ways. It includes Kong sui's teaching career, teaching stories which are happened inside and outside of classroom and Kong sui's angry stories. There are five different topics in Kong sui's story - Kong sui's personal view to education, Chinese teaching, student, school culture, personal professional development. Finally, this paper tries to comprehend the Kong Sui's personal practical knowledge from the five aspects.
