As the undertaker of mathmatic knowledges,it has compact relationship with the process in studying mathmatics.Today,we can see many kinds of rubrics: solving by mouth, reckoning by the abacus,applied rubrics,and Olympic games rubrics,etc.All these rubrics reflect different kinds of mathmatic knowledges,also the different criterion to different students.Nowadays,the rubrics in elementary school are aboundance.Then,how about the mathmatic rubrics in archaic China? This is just what we will study on.On the base of collecting much literature, we will analyse from the bellow four aspects:First,we will exhume the historical clew.Though coordinating the literature, we could see the historical tenor: origin,development,and boom.Thereinto,QIN period before is origin,QINHAN and SUITANG period is development,SONGYUAN and MINGQING period is boom.Second,we will analyze the mathmatic knowledges which expressed by archaic rubrics.There are three kinds of mathmatic knowledges: geometry, arithmetic, algebra.In the field of geometry, there are many kindsof graphics,such as rotundity, rectangle, triangle,and some simple combinatorial graphics.In the field of arithmetic,there are some account,such as addtion, subtration, multiplication,and division.In the field of algebra,there are some equations.Third,we will analyse the literal contents and the form about the rubrics. Though unscrambling the literature,we can see ample content:eating,clouthing,living,and going in daily life;bring-and-buy in ecnomical activity;constructing buildings in producing field.At the same time,we can see many interesting forms:such as narrated though "there is ....,asking....",five words ,seven words poem,and magic square.Fouth,on the base of studying archaic rubrics ,we will probe into the relation which rubrics are contact with the elementary mathmatic educaiton in archaic China.The rubic itself has many trait,like visualizing, practicality,work simpleness,teaching and learning happily.Meanwhile,the rubric reflects the selecting and arranging the teaching content.Also,the rubric can accelerate the teaching process.If we compare the archaic rubric with today's,we will see they are both has each characteristics.To the need of today's development,we could learn from the archaic rubics,then we could provid referrence to today's educational innovation.
