| Until now,our weightlifter had gained glorious success,but we have no obvious advantage in it,so we still face some challenges.For 2008 Beijing Olympic Game,it is an important question that how to keep our superiority in middle-rank and lighter-rank,and improve lifter's technology in weight-rank.This article is a part of CISS' task,its purpose is analyzing elite lifters' snatch technology,so that we can find some biomechanics characters.By analyzing snatch technology,we make the techno-principle digitized,find out the commonness and the differences among different rank, dig out the problems with them for the purpose providing scientific training,and creating a new prospect for 2008 Beijing Olympic Game.In recent years,the research on weight lifting focus on the tracks of bar and lifter's gravity,but the acting on bar is rarely less.So there makes some explosion.Shoot the Weightlifters from a side by a Sony telecamera of 50Hz.Analyzed these photos according to EIMG.We make the time that lifters just raise the bar as the start,the time bar get vertex as the end and divide it to be four consecutive parts.There are six elite weight lifters in different ranks of national team.The main task is mechanics and kinematics analysis about their snatch technique,it contains time proportion,changes of bar velocity and height,acting to the bar,changes of knee angle and hip angle,horizontal distance between bar and some joints and so on.The research indicated that:in the course from the start that bar leaves the platform to the vertex,the proportion of acting the two first stages occupy on 70%of all,it makes a crucial effect on successful action.When the bar goes up freely,the changes between kinetic energy and potential energy gradually decrease,it shows that the lifters can make use of the bar's inertia when ranks increase.The highest speed is about 2m/s,there is no obvious difference contrasting with former.The trend of keen angle and hip angle is similar among them.When the bar get vertex,its speed is about 0.5m/s, and it increase with the ranks,so that it keep the bar's moment and lifter's moment identical,and keep lifter steady. |
