In order to reveal the common characteristic of master sportsmanin mens weightlifting62kg,we carried out testing and analysis towards them from theangle of biomechanics. This study will not only play an important role in guidingweightlifting training, but also offer quantitative index and scientific basis forweightlifting technology diagnose and specialized strength training. With combination use of3D video system,3D pressure testing system, pelmapressure testing system and muscle surface action potential testing system for the firsttime, we conducted synchronization test towards snatch technique of three master menin men weightlifting62kg(Xiao, Lei, Lin). And then, we diagnosed and evaluated thedata with biomechanics principle, so as to reveal characteristic and principle of snatchtechnique, and offer theory basis for snatch technique standardization. Results of kinematics analysis:(1) Preparation phase: The average value of hipjoint angle and keen angle of three sportsman respectively are54.4°and70.6°. Thisphase provides good condition for stretching keen and lifting barbell.(2) Stretchingkeen and lifting barbell phase: The average value of hip joint angle, keen angle andbody angle of three sportsman respectively are134.9°,123.1°and45.3°. Lin stretched his keen fully (hip joint angle and keen angle respectively are123.0°and137.0°).(3) Pulling keen phase: The average value of hip joint angle, keenangle and body angle of three sportsman respectively are134.9°,123.1°and30.2°.As Lin did not pulling his keen fully and coherently, vertical speed of barbell wasdropped.(4) Forcing phase: The average value of hip joint angle, keen angle and bodyangle of three sportsman respectively are164.2°,146.2°and30.1°. Lei stretchedfully and timely.(5) Inertia rising stage: The average value of hip joint angle, keen angleand body angle of three sportsman respectively are112.1°,78.9°and148.9°.Thebarbell horizontal speed of Lin is0.15m/s,the rest of them is close to zero.(6)Squatting and supporting phase: The average value of hip joint angle, keen angle andbody angle of three sportsman respectively are58.3°,36.5°and49.8°. Xiao didbending keen and deep squatting very well, the moment barbell dropped to the lowestpoint. Results of dynamics analysis:(1) Force analysis: With respect to barycenter shakeamplitude of the three sportsman throughout the whole snatch technology, shakeforward and back is greater than shake left and right. The greater barycenter shakeamplitude, the easier barbell will drop out. Lower barycenter fast can buffer effectivelyto some extent.(2) Pelma pressure analysis: Force imbalance between two feet exists inall three sportsman, with the biggest value in squatting and supporting phase and thesmallest value in inertia rising stage. Results of muscle surface action potential analysis: It reveals force status andfunction of measured muscle throughout snatch technology. During whole movementphase, trapezius muscle and deltoid muscle showed greater electromyogram.amplitude values. Muscle surface action potential figure of Lin showed relative lowerintegrated electromyogram and amplitude percentages, which phenomenon maybedue to muscle fatigue.
