Weightlifting began in Europe in the 18th century. Later, weightlifting listed as one of the games in the first session of the Athens Olympic Games. Shanghai is home to the China’s modern Weightlifting. In 1929, famous martial art sports club of Shanghai set a pair of iron barbell for people to practice, from the official to carry out the modern weight lifting. Although weightlifting in China starts late, but it’s development soon, to the 70s, when China’s weightlifting emerged as one of the highest level of development in the world. Since then, weightlifting is the traditional advantage project in China. In recent years, this advance is being weakened, therefore, it is necessary for us to pay more attention,take more in-depth understanding of all aspects of the weight, in order to keep the advantages,it is a Chinese traditional weightlifting.The research of this paper is Snatch and some of the commonly used special auxiliary practice action research, refer to relevant research materials about snatch in recent years found that most studies focused on the diagnosis of snatch technology, and of the practice on snatch action research is less.Especially for power snatch, snatching from the belt and wide speed casting almost no research on practice action, so part of the snatch and the Li Fa bin commonly used special auxiliary practice action to study, have very strong time, targeted, guidance, and innovation.This research adopts the state sports general administration of sports scientific research institute developed the weight lifting training real-time evaluation system "in the elite male weightlifting athletes Li Fa bin at assemble for training technical action and its auxiliary action training records, through the analysis of the three kinds of commonly used special auxiliary practice time and action features related to phase in the barbell acceleration, speed, height, effective, power and power of the elements of the basic movements such as data, explore the relationship and difference between them, and deepen the understanding of the special auxiliary practice action, knowledge, practice for more scientific and more reasonable application of these actions to improve the snatch, the improvement of snatch technique to provide theoretical support.The main conclusion of this paper is as follows:The athletes in the process of the top high power stage of snatch, power snatch show the effect time long and lift force characteristics of short distance; in the next process, the principle of explosive effect time short movement distance long hard characteristics.The athlete’s grasp and knee high practice action for each stage of development, people’s ability to the outbreak of the barbell unit weight have better performance, for the development of inertial rising stage barbell higher level have better performance, support for the development of supporting the barbell consciousness and ability to support has good performance, but her lap in the process of practice in highly drop-down barbell the situation when the largest, is bad for the forming the reasonable technical movement.Power snatch for the athletes, the average speed of each development stage has good performance, but for every stage of the development of lift force is still some way;The athlete’s knee grab practice action for the development of the coma force and inertial phase lift force and average speed has good performance;The athlete’s wide speed casting exercises for the development stage of the lift force and the average speed of backwardness has good performance, lift force for the development of inertial rising stage also has good performance, but for the development phase of the barbell higher level backwardness force and inertial average speed of up to a certain extent.The athlete’s power snatch can form a more reasonable height is still some way to its maximum force, knee to grasp and wide speed casting exercises for a reasonable form of its maximum height has good performance.The athlete’s power snatch, snatching can develop barbell acceleration maximum when the barbell acceleration, speed and high speed is biggest barbell maximum when the height of the barbell has good performance;The athlete’s wide speed casting exercises can develop a barbell acceleration maximum acceleration at the barbell has good performance, but develop speed is biggest barbell speed and height of the biggest when the height of the barbell has some limitations.
