Objective:The purpose of this study was to observer the variety of the Glycogen synthase, Blood glucose and Muscle glycongen in different periods with different intensity of exercise,besides,discuss the Characteristics of Carbohydrate Metabolism. Methods: 44 adult male SD rats were divided into four groups at random including the untrained group(n=8), the trained group with low intensity(n=18) and the trained group with high intensity(n=18).All the rats would take the formal experiment after the experience of the adaptive exercise in one week except the untrained group, exercise of low intensity (rate 18m/min,gradient 10%),exercise of high intensity (rate 26m/min, gradient 10%),the duration of these exercise were both 60 minutes.The rats were killed after training 1 hour, 6 hour, 12hour respectively.The Glycogen synthase, Blood glucose and Muscle glycongen were analyzed.Results:â‘ Compared with the untrained group, the Muscle glycongen was significantly decreased at 1 hour, 6 hour, 12hour point after exercise of low intensity. However,the Muscle glycongenat was the lowest at 12 hour; the Muscle glycongen both at 6 hour and 12 hour point were significantly lower than at 1 hour point after exercise of low intensity. The Muscle glycongen was significantly decreased at 1 hour,6 hour,12hour point after exercise of high intensity, However,the Muscle glycongenat was the lowest at 12 hour.; the Muscle glycongen both at 6 hour and 12 hour point were significantly lower than which at 1 hour point after exercise of high intensity; the Muscle glycongen at 12 hour point was significantly lower than which at 6 hour point after exercise of high intensity; the Muscle glycongen at 12 hour point after exercise of high intensity was significantly lower than which at 12 hour point after exercise of low intensity.â‘¡The Blood glucose at 1 hour point after exercise of low intensity was the highest,which was significantly higher than at 6 hour and 12 hour point. there were no significant discrepancy in the Blood glucose which at 6 hour and 12 hour point. The Blood glucose was increased significantly at 1 hour after exercise of high intensity; the Blood glucose both at 1 hour and 6 hour point were significantly higher than untrained group,however, the Blood glucose at 12 hour was significantly lower than both at 1 hour and 6 hour; there was no significant discrepancy in each groups at the same point with different intensity.â‘¢The Glycogen synthase Which at each point was not have significant discrepancy after exercise of low intensity. The Glycogen synthase after exercise of high intensity which at 1 hour was significantly higher than the untrained group;there was not significant discrepancy in other groups;the Glycogen synthase after exercise of high intensity Which at each point was higher than that after exercise of low intensity,but no significant discrepancy.Conclusion:â‘ The Blood glucose was increased at first,and then come back to the quiet state gradually. Different intensity of exercise took no significant discrepancy to the variety of Blood glucose.â‘¡High intensity of exercise brought the Muscle glycongen down,however,due to the excessive exercise and no supply of carbohydrate,the Muscle glycongen was not renew at 12 hour point after exercise.It explained that these factors affected the rehabilitation oh the Muscle glycongen,and this result Also disproofed that it is important to supply the carbohydrate after high intensity of exercise.â‘¢Two different intensity of exercise took no significant discrepancy on the Glycogen synthase,it explained that the content of GS had no infection on both Blood glucose and Muscle glycongen.
