This paper studies the current situation and the relation between the organizational climate and the teacher organizational commitment in Fujian littoral middle school.It is based on questionnaire survey of 400 middle school teachers in Fujian littoral area.The result shows that:(1)The teacher organizational commitment of Fujian littoral middle school is placed at mid-level,the general level of teacher organizational commitment should be improved.(2)There is no notable difference in gender of the teacher organizational commitment, therefore,male and female are equal.(3)There is notable difference in marriage state of the teacher organizational commitment,married teachers have higher organizational commitment than unmarried teachers.(4)There is notable difference in area of the teacher organizational commitment.In general the teacher organizational commitment in Fuzhou is the highest,while the teacher organizational commitment in Putian is the lowest.(5)There is notable difference in school style of the teacher organizational commitment.The level of the teacher organizational commitment in city school is higher than in rural school,it is higher in key school than in common school and private school.(6)There is notable difference in Grades of the teacher organizational commitment,junior two is higher than junior one,senior one is higher than senior two and junior two.(7)There is notable difference in school age of the teacher organizational commitment,high school age is higher than low school age.(8)There is notable difference in the title of a technical post of the teacher organizational commitment,rank one teacher is higher than rank two teacher.(9)There is no notable difference in study level of the teacher organizational commitment of Fujian littoral middle school.(10)The general organizational climate of Fujian littoral middle school is placed at mid-level,the general level should be improved.(11)There is notable difference in the area of the school organizational climate,in general,The organizational climate of schools in Fuzhou are better.(12)There is notable difference in school style of the school organizational climate,in general,city school is better than rural school public school is better than private school,good school it better than normal school.(13)There is high correlation of the school organizational climate and the teacher organizational commitment of Fujian littoral middle school.(14)There is notable difference in school style of the teacher organizational commitment.(15)The school organizational climate has forecast effect to the teacher organizational commitment.
