In recent years,the organizational atmosphere of kindergarten has attracted the attention of many researchers,and has gradually become a hot topic in the field of preschool education research.The organizational atmosphere of kindergarten will affect teachers' work values and then affect teachers' organizational commitment and ultimately their professional ethical behavior.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the influence of kindergarten organization atmosphere,work values and organizational commitment on teachers' professional ethics behavior for enriching the study of kindergarten organization atmosphere and teachers' professional development in China.This study selected 617 kindergarten teachers from liaoning province,collected data through questionnaire survey,SPSS21.0 was used to analyze and PROCESS the collected data,and the PROCESS macro was used to test the chain mediation structure model,and finally reached the following conclusions:1.The organizational atmosphere of kindergartens and teachers' professional ethical behaviors are above the middle level.2.From the analysis of organizational atmosphere and demographic variables of kindergartens,it can be seen that teaching age,educational background,school category and monthly salary have significant influences on all levels of organizational atmosphere of kindergartens,and gender,marital status and class type have different influences on all levels of organizational atmosphere of kindergartens.3.From the kindergarten teachers' professional ethics behavior and can be seen in the demographic variable analysis,teaching experience,and garden category,monthly wages in the different levels of the kindergarten teachers' professional ethics behavior has a significant effect,gender,education,marital status,class types in different levels of the kindergarten teachers' professional ethics behavior with the influence of different level.4.There is a significant positive correlation between kindergarten organizational atmosphere,teachers' professional ethical behavior,work values and organizational commitment.5.Kindergarten teachers' work values and organizational commitment play a partialintermediary role between kindergarten organizational atmosphere and teachers' professional ethics.6.Kindergarten teachers' work values and organizational commitment play a chain intermediary role between kindergarten organizational atmosphere and teachers' professional ethics.Based on this,this study mainly puts forward the following three suggestions according to the research results:1.Create a good organizational atmosphere and promote professional ethical behavior;2.Relieve teachers' professional pressure and enhance work values;3.Create professional development space and improve teachers' organizational commitment.
