The organizational climate of the school is the atmosphere produced by a series of inner school factors,such as the environment,culture,feeling,fashion and so on,which can be reflected by the action of teachers and school principals.These inner factors affect the teachers' behavior potentially.The teacher organizational commitment is a affirmative psychology tendency to his/her school,which is a psychology condition indicates the relationship between the schools and teachers.The teacher organizational commitment includes three forms at least:affective commitment,continuance commitment and normative commitment.A positive organizational climate of the school,which is a belt connecting the teachers and schools,can create a suitable organizational environment.It is good for teachers to become more aspiring,active and creative in their daily work,it also plays an important part in strengthening the cooperation,support and imitation in the groups.Then it affects the teacher organizational commitment.This paper takes the 330 junior middle school teachers as the research object,though questionnaire survey,searches for the influence of the organizational climate on the teacher organizational commitment in school,by describing the statistics and doing the analysis of the relationship between the two variables.Through the analysis and research,the thesis comes to the following conclusions:The proportion of the four types of the organizational climate of the junior middle school is that open climate holds 11.5%,engaged climatel holds 8.3%,disengaged climate holds 18.3%,and closed climate holds 44.9% The results of statistics difference on the demography show that the general teacher organizational commitment level of the rural junior middle school is affected by the variable that if he/she is or not a teacher in charge of a class.When we probe into the relationship between the the General Organizational Climate of the Junior Middle School and the Teacher Organizational Commitment,we found that the organizational climate junior middle school has remarkable correlation with the organizational commitment of the rural junior middle school.The affective commitment of teacher organizational commitment could be well predicted by supportive behavior,collegial behavior,disengaged behavior of the school organizational climate. The standardization coefficient is 0.153,0.207,-0.151 respectively;The continuance commitment could be well predicted by the restrict behavior and disengaged behavior.The standardization coefficient is 0.203,0.190 respectively;the normative commitment could be well predicted by the supportive behavior and directive behavior.The standardization coefficient is 0.345,0.192 respectively.
