The association is a unique phenomenon of human society , it has overcome the finiteness that existed in individual. But since it has been an activity process of mutual relation between persons, some orders and value frame will restraint their association inevitably. That is ,people's association requires soft restrains of ethics, otherwise it can't realize harmony and rationality. Association is practical ,so association ethics aimed at adjusting association practice and guiding people rationally.The article has discussed association ethics thought of western and eastern ethics thinkers , especially drawn lessons from Habei Maas---- the founder of association ethics, his discuss ethics established a foundation for this article. Because the characteristic of Chinese and Western civilization is different, the discuss angle of ancient Chinese ethics thinkers is the order in blood lineage and clansman relation that embodied in agricultural civilization .For instance, "kindheartedness" ethics thought of Confucian , "love-all" ethics thought of Monist. But the western thinkers are discussing association ethics in cameral civilization at the modern times , their association ethics thoughts are much connected with property , human nature etc. For instance, David Hume,Forereach. Famous thinker and philosopher of Germany Habei Maas brought forward association ethics at first, he has constructed his association ethics from the utterance angle. According to two characteristics of association ethics and social association life, taking harmonious society as background ,this article brings out some association ethics principles that ought to be abided in harmonious society . If people abide by these principles , they not only can be able to improve their morality quality and association quality, but also can make contribution for building harmonious morality environment , forming harmonious and fine society association ethos and perfecting social association system unceasingly .
