Research On Principal’ Professional Ethics Of Primary And Middle School Base On The Concept Of Harmony

Constructing the harmonious society has great significance for Chinese social development, harmony social theory is the theoretical innovations which combined Marxism with china’realities, is the inheritance and development of Marxism. This research select the background of constructing the harmonious society, basis on harmony social theory, systematic research related issues of the primary and secondary school principals harmony professional ethics.Harmonious society is a pluralistic, multi-level systems engineering. Under the background of constructing harmony social theory, education system as a subsystem of a harmonious society, education system in building a harmonious society plays an important role in the wave. Put forward these views: harmony campus is a necessary requirement of harmonious society. Harmony management is the necessary measure of constructing harmonious campus. Harmony ethics is the ultimate point and pursuit of principals’professional ethics.The fourth Chapter analyzes the meaning and characteristics of harmony professional ethics of the primary and secondary school principals. The harmony of the professional ethics of principals refers to first, the coordination demands of various interests together in the principals’professional activities and the second, the best presence of various moralities in the management of school affairs.
