Constructing the harmonious society has great significance for Chinese social development, harmony social theory is the theoretical innovations which combined Marxism with china’realities, is the inheritance and development of Marxism. This research select the background of constructing the harmonious society, basis on harmony social theory, systematic research related issues of the primary and secondary school principals harmony professional ethics.Harmonious society is a pluralistic, multi-level systems engineering. Under the background of constructing harmony social theory, education system as a subsystem of a harmonious society, education system in building a harmonious society plays an important role in the wave. Schools are an important part of the education system, in this paper, the research scope is primary and secondary schools, the research object is professional ethics of the primary and secondary schools’principals,the total is six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part., separately introduced the research background, research significance, research method, research innovation.The second chapter is the literature review and definition of related concepts. reviewed the domestic and foreign the literature research on professional ethics of primary and secondary schools’principals, then the harmony, harmonious society, ethics, professional ethics are defined.The third chapter describes the theoretical basis of this study:harmony social theory and the logical way of harmony professional ethics. Put forward these views: harmony campus is a necessary requirement of harmonious society. Harmony management is the necessary measure of constructing harmonious campus. Harmony ethics is the ultimate point and pursuit of principals’professional ethics.The fourth Chapter analyzes the meaning and characteristics of harmony professional ethics of the primary and secondary school principals. The harmony of the professional ethics of principals refers to first, the coordination demands of various interests together in the principals’professional activities and the second, the best presence of various moralities in the management of school affairs. Its features include the harmony of public morality and private morality, the harmony of the bottom line of morality and noble morality, the harmony of group morality and social morality.The fifth chapter describes the significance of harmony professional ethics of the primary and secondary school principals. This harmony is beneficial to strengthen self-discipline of professional ethics of principals; to promote the construction of a harmonious campus; to promote the building of professional ethics of harmonious society, to enhance the subjective well-being of Principal professional life.The sixth chapter points out the constructive path of the harmony professional of the primary and secondary school principals. The harmony of the professional ethics of principals need improve the understanding of principals of professional ethics, and enhance the moral cultivation; culture the emotion of principals’professional ethics, and establish the moral ideal; sharpen the will of principals’professional ethics, and firm the moral beliefs; norm the behavior of principals’professional ethics, and promote self-discipline of principals’professional ethics.
