Research On Financial Management Risk Prewarning System Of Universities

With the rapid development of the recruitment scale, the resource of universities in our country becomes more and more rare. In order to meet the needs, various of the financing channels have been used by universities to solve the problem. Recent years, university can't pay off their mature debts on time. Therefore, comprehensive, systematic, effectively analysis of the distribution of higher education institution's financial resources; establishing specialized index system and pre-warning mechanism; finding the hidden problems among internal financial running , to check, monitor evaluate, forecast and control the financial management risk accurately, dependably, became important contents of current financial management in university.First,the thesis analyze the risks of universities and classify the risks. Second, through introduce the situation of debt in universities , the thesis supply the feasible means to solve the problem. Third, the thesis introduced the concept of financial management risk, pre-warning of financial risk and related theories. In order to establish the pre-warning mechanism, the thesis introduce the principle of pre-warning mechanism .Last, the thesis choosing the financial management risk pre-warning index and pre-warning line to establish Financial Management Risk Pre-warning model.This thesis also explains the methods and approaches of the risk management, and how to establish the pre-warning mechanism of qualitative financial management risk and quantitative risk in university. Expecting, form combing qualitative and quantitative factors point of view, it applied level analysis method and multilevel fuzzy integrative evaluation method to quantitatively evaluate all risk. Combing narrowsence financial management risk and widesence risk in university, the thesis can completely express the financial management risk of university, and make it better development.
