On Realization Of The Mind Harmony Of The Contemporary University Students

The establishment of the theory on construction of the socialist harmonious society is a response to the social problems in today's China, and also represents a desire for an ideal society. The social harmony needs not only the harmonious relations between people, but also between human and nature and within human being himself. Only when the thought comes to that state, is it possible to establish or form a scientific view of the world, outlook of life and values, from which a right choice will be made when one is confronted with the conflicts, different culture, different values, all these phenomena, positive or negative, all that exist in the society. To build up a harmonious socialist society, people should be encouraged to follow the spirit which works as the basis for a harmonious world. As far as the university students are concerned, they are regarded as resources and the nation's future. Then, how can they have a balanced and peaceful mind? This thesis, therefore, intends to explore the causes of the phenomena among the university students, and to find out a solution to the achievement of balanced mind, from the point of view of human concepts, human beings and their environment, and human beings and their society. University students should raise their conscientiousness and moral quality, remould their outlook of the world and life, and values, widen their knowledge, improve the structure of knowledge, gain social and life experience from practice in the different field so as to get ready for the society and life with a sound mind.
